In the near future, an engineer uses robots to save the favelas' inhabitants of a massacre.
Rio2050 is a shooter in first and third person view when Scipher corporation has taken control over Rio de janeiro in order to privatize every aspect of life. Camelia, an ex-engineer has rebounded after a massacre of favelas' inhabitants by her team.
In Rio2050, the main character can use different types of weapon (Knife, Handgun, Assault rifle, Sniper rifle) and hacking to control enemies' robots.
The W.A.S.P is a sneaky robot with a special sight, he can detect the enemy through the wall.
The S.P.I.D.E.R is the biggest robot, it uses multiple rockets to destroy enemies and clear area or activate a plasma shield to protect itself.
I worked on the Game concept, Game design, Scripting, Artificial intelligence and Management.
Weapon balance and character balance have been decided while we were designing the game. The Artificial intelligence was very interesting to create. AI movements, their reactions and their feedbacks to the player were very important for the flow of the game.
